AMAADOR HSE
Legal register · Health, safety, environment

Moroccan HSE law, read article by article.

A regulatory register built from texts published in the Bulletin officiel: every obligation is isolated and tied to its article, its applicability threshold, the evidence an auditor expects and the penalty it carries.

23laws and regulations referenced
90article-level requirements
9core OHS and environmental laws
3linked sheets: texts, requirements, site evaluation

01What every row holds

The obligation, to the article

A faithful paraphrase of the requirement with its article and paragraph number. Not a summary of the law: one obligation per row.

Who it applies to

The threshold or scope: every employer, companies with 50+ employees, CNSS-registered employers, waste producers, projects subject to impact assessment…

Compliance evidence

The document or record that proves the requirement is met: declaration and receipt, register, insurance policy, inspection report.

Frequency and deadline

Ongoing, monthly, yearly, before authorisation, within 48 hours or 5 days: the rhythm at which the requirement must be met.

The penalty

The penalty article and a summary of its content: fines in MAD, sentences, repeat-offence effects, possible suspension or closure.

Verification level

Each row states its source and certainty (V-BO, V-OFF, V-SEC, unverified). What still needs confirming is flagged, never hidden.

04Built for ISO compliance evaluation

The register is organised in three linked sheets — Texts, Requirements, Site evaluation — to serve what ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 require in §6.1.3 (legal and other requirements) and §9.1.2 (evaluation of compliance). For each requirement, the Site evaluation sheet records applicability, owner and evidence held, a status (compliant, partial, non-compliant, N/A), then the gap, corrective action and next review.

05Official Bulletin watch: a planned service, included with subscriptions at launch

  1. Planned weekly watchOnce launched: the table of contents of each new Bulletin officiel will be read in both French and Arabic editions: the Arabic edition carries texts the French one does not.
  2. Change logPlanned: every relevant text will be logged, even with no impact: BO, nature (new, amends, repeals, supplements), rows affected, version.
  3. Status in forceThe register already records each text's status. With the service: in force, amended, repealed, deferred; repealed rows will never be deleted.
  4. Planned reviewsIntended schedule: monthly for new rows, quarterly for the client watch note, yearly in January for a full re-read.
