What it covers

US federal workplace safety and health (OSHA, 29 CFR), environmental (EPA, 40 CFR and related statutes) and hazardous materials (49 CFR) requirements, plus federal excise-tax references: 97 requirement rows. State plans and state and local law are not covered.

Official sources

eCFR (ecfr.gov), U.S. Code via GPO govinfo.gov, Federal Register notices and IRS pages. Only the official text is authoritative.

Languages

Register text is in English, the language of the official texts; the French and Arabic wording is AMAADOR’s own translation. The page and the example previews exist in EN, FR and AR (right-to-left).

Priority ranking at a glance

Rows are ranked P1 to P4 from the sanction text alone; Unclassified means the sanction is still to be linked. Verification status is a separate axis.

97requirements
■ P1 Critical3Mandatory closure, stop of activity or permit withdrawal, or custody, at a first offence
▲ P2 High29Ceiling of the base civil penalty of USD 25,000 or more
◆ P3 Medium53Ceiling of the base civil penalty below USD 25,000
● P4 Low3The text itself states no sanction of its own
□ NC Unclassified9Sanction not linked or not read

Verification status: 95 confirmed, 0 to confirm, 2 to watch.

Indicative AMAADOR ranking derived from the sanction text; not a legal qualification of seriousness. P1 = mandatory closure, stop or permit withdrawal, or custody, at a first offence of the base violation. Discretionary measures and knowing/willful tiers are shown as notes and do not change the rank. P2 and P3 split on the ceiling of the base civil penalty per violation (or per day) read in the eCFR (29 CFR 1903.15(d), 40 CFR 19.4, 49 CFR 107.329): USD 25,000 or more is P2, below is P3; the USD 25,000 split is an AMAADOR convention, not a legal threshold. Willful, repeat, knowing or negligent criminal tiers and second-offence amounts never change the rank. P4 = the text states no sanction of its own. NC = sanction not linked or not read.
