The terms that govern your use of AMAADOR Workshop (amaador-hse.com) — what the toolkit is, what it deliberately is not, and where responsibility sits between you and us.

AMAADOR Workshop is a free, client-side toolkit for QHSSE and CSR professionals. By using this site, you agree to these terms. The tools give structure and calculations to help your work — they are not a substitute for a qualified EHS professional, auditor, engineer or lawyer, and you remain responsible for verifying any output against the applicable regulations, standards and your certification body's requirements before relying on it.
By accessing or using amaador-hse.com (the “Site”), operated by Youssef Amaador under the name “AMAADOR Workshop”, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
The Site provides free, browser-based calculators, checklists, templates, training summaries and reference guides covering occupational health & safety, environmental management, energy, quality, cybersecurity awareness and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Tools run entirely in your browser: the inputs you type are processed locally and stored only in your own device's storage (localStorage), not on our servers, unless a tool explicitly states otherwise.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, engineering, medical, financial or certification advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. Calculators, checklists, risk matrices, training content and document templates are starting points and self-assessment aids only. Regulations (OSHA, EPA, EU/UK directives, Moroccan and Gulf/GCC regulations, and others referenced across the Site) change, and requirements vary by jurisdiction, industry and site conditions. Always validate results against the current official text, a qualified professional, and your certification body (ISO 45001, 14001, 50001, 9001, 27001, 26000, etc.) before acting on them. Passing a self-assessment or quiz on this Site is not, and does not substitute for, a recognised certification.
The Site's design, text, tool logic, training content and branding are owned by Youssef Amaador / AMAADOR Workshop unless otherwise credited. You may use the tools and export their output for your own personal or internal organisational use, including commercial internal use (e.g. an internal audit report). You may not resell, redistribute or relicense the Site's underlying code, design or content as your own product.
The Site displays advertising through Google AdSense and may link to external reference sources, standards bodies, or third-party experts and companies (for example, via the expert directory). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites, nor do we vouch for or guarantee the work of any third-party expert or company referenced. The Site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations and generated documents will meet the requirements of any specific regulation, auditor or certification body.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youssef Amaador / AMAADOR Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on any tool output, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, consequences of a failed audit, a regulatory penalty, or a workplace incident where a Site tool was used as one input among others.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Youssef Amaador / AMAADOR Workshop from any claim, loss or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Because the Site does not require an account, there is nothing to "terminate" on your side beyond simply no longer using the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law grants you additional mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms of Service as the Site or applicable laws change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
