🎯 PSIF / SIF potential screener

Decide fast whether an incident — or a planned task — carries serious-injury-and-fatality (SIF) potential. Classify a post-event using energy source, critical-control failure and harm-zone exposure, run a proactive critical-control verification before work, and build a rolling PSIF register with an energy-type risk profile. Based on the NSC SIF prevention model and ISO 45001 §6.1.2.1.
