⚖️ EU Pay Transparency gap analyzer & equal-value scorer

Analyze your gender pay gap and score jobs for work of equal value under EU Directive 2023/970. Compute the mean & median gap overall, per pay component and per category, see quartile distribution, and auto-flag any category over the 5% joint-pay-assessment trigger. All data stays on your device.

Organisation
Workforce pay data

One worker per line, comma-separated. Columns: gender, base pay, variable/complementary pay, job category, FTE. Gender = F/M (or W for woman / M for man). Variable, category and FTE are optional. Nothing leaves your browser.

Score two or more roles on the four EU/EIGE job-evaluation factors — skills/qualifications, responsibility, effort, working conditions — each 0–5 per sub-factor and weighted. Roles with comparable total scores may be "work of equal value", so they should be compared for equal pay even with different job titles.

🇫🇷 France — Index de l'égalité professionnelle

France already runs its own Index de l'égalité professionnelle (50 employees+), scored out of 100 over up to 5 indicators (pay gap, individual raises, promotions, post-maternity raises, top-10 earners). A score below 75/100 triggers a 3-year correction obligation. This tool computes the Directive 2023/970 metrics, not the French Index score — verify your French obligations separately on Index-Egapro.

⚠️ Indicative only — not legal advice and not an official compliance assessment. EU Directive (EU) 2023/970 must be transposed into national law by 7 June 2026; gender pay-gap reporting phases in (employers with 250+ first, then 150+, then 100+ workers), and an unjustified gap of 5% or more per category of workers doing equal or equal-value work — not justified on objective, gender-neutral criteria and not remedied within 6 months — triggers a joint pay assessment with workers' representatives. Exact thresholds, dates, definitions and reporting templates depend on your member-state transposition: verify against the current official text and have a competent person review the results.
