Projects listed in the annex of loi 12-03 (industry, mines, energy, agro-industry, infrastructure…) require an étude d'impact sur l'environnement approved by the national/regional EIE committee before authorization; loi 49-17 reforms the system (environmental assessment incl. strategic).
