The three phases (prototype, pre-launch, production), special-characteristic symbols, PPAP submission level, measurement-system and reaction-plan rules vary by customer. Tailor every row to your part, process FMEA and your customer's specific requirements, and have a competent quality engineer review and approve it before use.
