Legal anchors — Morocco, loi 18-12 (2014): victim (or representative) informs the employer within 48 hours; the employer declares to the insurer and sends a copy to the labour inspection within 5 working days of being informed, and must hand the victim a declaration certificate; medical certificates accompany the file. France: victim informs employer within 24h; employer files the DAT with CPAM within 48 hours (Sundays/holidays excluded, R.441-3 CSS); réserves motivées within 10 days of the DAT; the employer gives the victim the feuille d'accident; MP: victim declares to CPAM within 15 days of ceasing work.
